1. Returns: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please note that certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.
2. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days after the product is delivered to our warehouse. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us at contact@mjelectronix.com to request a cancellation.
